Need help with Making server public.

I have been trying to make my 3.3.5a wow server public but it seems the only holding me back is the ports forwarding dosent work or i am not doing it right. I have allowed all the ports through my firewall and my router even hard pf config forward my ports for the server but it says ports are still closed. I get the server up to a point it logins fine but it wont let me into the realms it says its up . What am i doing wrong? I have modified the host files modified the configs files and database have a no ip host etc. only thing i see wrong is ports but i have down everything to open them. I have a linskys E3000 router. i have disabled all security besides windows firewall. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Disabled my firewall and upgraded firmware on router and it says ports open but then sites says there closed. Thx in advance.
