Help with configs?!

I have tried looking all over this site and I can't seem to find a guide that will work for me.

I have rented a dedicated server, and although I have done this before, it was a good while back.

Please can somebody help me sort out my config files

here is the relevant information

This is my logon.config

First of all, listen host should be 0.0.0.0, and what is the problem?
