invisible characters on creation screen

just as the title says.

I create a character, he is created successfully, I go to the character selkect screen, and he is not there, however it shows me as having one character on that realm.

help please.

Are you receiving any error when creating a new character?

If so, please post. I believe it's a character error. Also, try to delete your cache, might be something there.

Cache does not interfere with character creation.
Check World.exe for any SQL errors when creating a character.
ALSO, make sure your character database is 100% up to date (TRIPLE CHECK, DONT JUST SAY IT IS) This INCLUDES ever playercreate table in the world database

I just re-installed the database. I am using Rival DB if that matters. I have run all of the world, character, and logon updates that came with my core also along with all of the changesets that came with the databse. I get the same error however here are screenshots of my world.exe and logonserver.exe:

Set your debug level of world to 3. This will show you all problems/logs.
