not a valid win32 application

I get this when trying to run more than one different repack. So I think it has to be something Im missing. Anybody know what it is?

Are you trying to run them at the same time? If so, it could be because two servers cannot share one MySQL database.

Nope, just one at time. I tried one, thought it was broken, got rid of it and tried another. I think Im missing some library or api or something.
