Guild housing?

I was wondering if anybody has a guild house script that has guild houses in an instance. or if anyone could create one. I guess it would be kind of like combining these two scripts:

You can't create instances, you can only use instances that are already made.

you can make any map into an instance with this guide I found.

I didn't think that was possible, although I thought you meant making your own map.

no you don't necessarily have to do that.

so, would anyone be able to make a script like this to go along with the guild wars script coolmanbob is making me?
