Is it possible for on my 3.0.9 server is i could make it so there are no racial restrictions on the mounts say for a Troll to ride a Mechano-strider??.

Jk. Go into the items table in your db and edit the entry id for the Mechano-Strider. Change AllowableRace (the column) to -1, save your database, and restart and your set
