Map file request

Hello, I keep having this error on patch 3.0.3, 3.0.8, and 3.0.9. It happens when I run the ad.exe to extract maps, it gets to mapid 566 NetherstormBG then crashes. I was wondering if anyone would mind up-loading that folder for me it is about 14.5MB. It is located in the expansion.mpq file, open expansion.mpq, then world, then map, then there is the NetherstormBG folder. If someone could extract it and upload it for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.
