Stats File Error

well, i was hoping it wouldnt come to this as i was just starting to get self dependent but after days of working on this, ist still the same so im back with my noobie questions

ok the stts.xml file, it saves into my c:\wamp\www folder and works, but when i try to connect over localhost i get this error:

Error loading stylesheet: A network error occurred loading an XSLT stylesheet:http://localhost/server_stats.xsl

ive looked up and noone is having my problem, but the error says its somthing to do with an xsl? and since im new to xml i have no ****ing idea what that could be

its probably an error in the xml file.
