    Make Public w/o DynDNS or Hamachi

    Is there a way to make your server public without using Hamachi or DynDNS? Hamachi seems like too much trouble and my Belkin router wont allow me to connect to DynDNS. Does anyone know an alternative method, or can clarify the DNS method for me?
