Hello!

I had the same problem, and your solution worked like magic! I am SO thankful

Only thing that bothered me was that you gave us tons of different sql tables and some of them didn't work for me. So ... to make things easier for others with the same problem i have compiled all the needed data into one single SQL dump.

Simple steps :

1. Download (Click me)
2. Import (its a zip file so you should have no problems importing tables without unpacking it)
3. Make new accounts!

The DB is completely empty there are NO users in it, so you must make your admin account from the web interface and then manually edit GM flag with a program like phpMyAdmin or any other method of your choice.

As a Bonus for those who are in need i will add a Pack that contains the above SQL pack + Account Management Page
Credits for the AMP bits go to different authors and they are credited in the README fail inside
