[Dedi Issue] Unable to Connect

Hey guys...
I recently purchased a Dedi for my server, and for some reason when anyone tries to connect to the server on it, it immediately says "Cannot connect, blah blah go here for more info".

..it doesn't say" Connecting...." at all like it usually does.

If anyone is willing to offer help fixing this, I am willing to offer GM on my server to them if they can help me fix it.

I've checked the guides and done everything according to plan, i'm just wondering if there is a different factor if the hosting computer is a dedi....

Did you remember to check the hosts.config file? Also, make sure the ports are not blocked by the host company.
