Need help with website

I have a compiled working arcemu 3.0.8.
I've been trying to get a reg page working for a couple days. Every website pack I download has the same results, when I put the login/password and whatever else the form has and hit create it goes to a blank page and just sits there. No errors and no account created. So am I missing something in the apache/xampp?
I've configured everything that I can think of. I'm doing this on localhost at the moment.

Ok I figured out my problem, I already had things like mysql and apache installed so it was conflicting.
