UNused map ids?

Anyone know of a list or can give a list here of the maps that arent used in WOW?

I know i had a mall downloaded one time that was on a map that isnt part of wow normally? Just wondering if anyone knows the ids to any of those places as many extra ones as possible would be great. Thanks in advance.
