PvP Gold and Another Question

Is their any way to make it so if you kill someone in pvp they give you 10 gold or so? Do I have to edit an LUA file?

Also when someone gives a long C++ Script, how do I put this together and make it work with my server do I just compile it and put it in a specific folder or do I have to recompile my whole server?
