You will have to be more specific. Is the server crashing? What was the last thing the players did before they were disconnected?

not crashing, just random people getting disconnected.

what other info should i get? this is my friends server.

it doesnt happen to the same person, it happens to eveyone randomly.

Is there a limit of latency on your realm. If so, that most certainly is the problem. Also, maybe you have a set number of users that can be logged in on one time (arcemu-world configuration file). Those are the most likely cases.
