Problem with Compile

Hi there, so ive been following a guide on compiling an Arc EMU server,

and when it came down to compiling the VC90 Scripts, i get this error on ascent-world:

ive looked around everywhere for a solution but cant find one, and if i did then its really old when it was all antrix, way before ascent was out.

any ideas?
