MySQL Server 5.0 Instalation Problem

Helllo evry1 i uninstall my MySQL server and than i install it but now when i try to make a new one it shows me that error

After you uninstall make sure you go into C: and delete any MySQL folder there and under C:\Program Files\

Check that the MySQL service isn't still running under Task Manager. If all else fails after you do these restart your PC.
