moving sqldata from 2.4.3 to 3.0.3

I have a working 2.4.3 arcemu site its from a repack. what i am wanting to know is that is there a way to move the data for the chars to a new sql database on another working lichkink repack if they both running the same type of database. I know there are changes in lichking to the database like the achievements but would it work if i exported and imported just the character data? or what all data would i have to move to keep all info on a character including quests done. Thanks for any info in advance.
