c++ wont compile! crazy embedding manifest STUCK

hello, my ascent wont compile at all, it gets stuck on

    Code:
Embedded Manifest or Reveision match, exiting file
    pics

    what ive tried

    *clearing the settings to default
    *re-installing
*ascent libraries checked up to 3 times
    *set to Release
*cleared all projects, even tried 2 different svn links
    *deleted the bin folder
*tried it on 2 computers, one on Vista the other on XP
*made sure that it was set to release when i created the libraries
*i also tried it on VS 2005

so idk ppls, i did the exact same thing as I used to before but it wont work anymore, idk it just all of a suddern stopped working after not using it for 6 months.

heck, when i first tried to compile, i handt changed anything, and i got that error, it wont ever go over that, stays the same.

Um did you compile the library files where u needed to compile them? I would uninstall c++ program and install VS 2008 C++ and install the libaries maybe that wud work.
