Headless horseman??

I was looking at my server and could not find out how to add the headless horseman event on my server. My server already has the all hallows eve items added but the headless horseman never shows up for me to kill him or to set the buildings on fire. Can some one help me with this??

Remember that you alwats should try searching before asking, I found this old lua in my computer, hope you enjoy it and good luck If you don't know anything about LUA, I can tell you quickly.
Take the Code, Open Notepad, Copy+Paste the code into Notepad, change the part in RED to the ID of HH and then save as for example "headlesshorseman.lua" then put it in your "scripts folder"(If you are using Ascent based emulators). T
That's a fast way of doing it

if your using arcemu, you need blua, LUA wont work with my ArcEmu, so BLua does, kinda ticks me off, but isnt it the same thing?
