[Help] Hunters Not Keeping Pets

I now have a server up privately for me and a couple friends and the ones that have hunters are not keeping their pets when they logout. In addition, there is some instances when they run too far from the pet becomes gone for good (calling the pet does not work except the rare occasion). How do you fix this?

I am running AC WEB ULTIMATE 2.4.3 on mysql. If there is any more info you need let me know.

Are you getting any Error's in the emulator when they get pets? Like DB errors.

Cause there could be something wrong wth the Database Table "Playerpets" structure. which will cause them to not save.

Yeah I just noticed I got an error when I try and logout with my pet attached it looks exactly like this.

How can I fix this?

ok I switched to scythers 4.0 repack and I am now able to keep my hunter pets however am I supposed to seethem in my character viewer before I enter the world?

im using arcemu i get no errors but the pets still dont save
can anyone help? ive checked arcemu and ascent for help cant find anything
