Need help with WhyDB

Hello, I just got WhyDB 'working' well not precisly, I can login and everything like that but when I start I get an error saying
How to fix this? There's like... No mobs ingame =I
using ArcEmu latest rev

Rev 224 is the latest one right?

Arc should have a sql folder in their trunk. Try applying the patches in there for the spawn tables.

I get shitloads of errors with NCDB is there any other DB? Also I'd like to try Mangos instead, do you know the SVN link so I can get it?
