Ruins of Lordaeron Arena bug

Hello, I'm using (Project Blood Thirst Ultimate PvP Repack.) Everything works fine so far, except for one thing, the lordaeron arena is bugged. When I try to do a spell that does damage or does anything to the opponent it says " You can't use that here " I can hit him normally / buff myself etc, but not use spells that affect the opponent, is there a way to fix this or a way to shut down Ruins of Lordaeron arena?

Don't use repacks they never get updated.
