One thing just came to mind... Do you have the SSL module in Apache enabled? If so, try disabling it and give it another try. The problem you are experiencing most likely doesn't have anything to do with MySQL since MySQL uses unencrypted connections between the client and server. Which in return, you would have to execute a code in your console to enable SSL to begin with. So, yeah, check your Apache settings and see if ssl-module is checked, if so, uncheck it and try everything again.

I'm now 100% sure It's my DB on exporting now... I got whyDB and it imported ok fine 100%... Now when i export it and try to import it again,

    ERROR...

    Reinstall sqlyog? or what?

    Navicat was giving me errors...

My database is at C:\Program Files\Sql\Sql Server 5.0
or something, and so i don't have apache...

Edit: Well I used the WhyDB rev 223 svn and downloaded it, then I saw this database editing tool... It had backup in it... when i used it (it was a bat) and filled in the settings, IT WORKED!
Only problem is it exports each table seperatly =/ Any tool to merge them all fast?
Also, I think it's a problem with mysql then... maybe corrupt file or something... Should I re-download it?

Thanks for all the help everyone ^^

Pretty weird this, but you could try backing up the whole database and then reinstalling MySQL, its always worth the try might take a while for something that maybe doesn't even work tho. Your call
