For website...
Download WampServer and install it. It will create a directory in your C:\ drive called "wamp". Download a website pack, search for a blizzlike or another on these forums, and configure the files that come with it and place them all in your "wamp > www" folder. Forward port 80 on your router and you should be set.

For GM commands...
Commands for GMs on Ascent are az (full access) and then a - z for individual access. Find the column called "gm" in your accounts table in your logon database and type in what you want accordingly. See this guide for what commands are assigned to which letters:
