Need help i want Ascent Control Panel

Hey all i ned help pls
i wanna create a Arcemu COntrol panel like wot ascent repacks have were u click a button and logonserver or world is up

but with Arcemu i have to open mySQL.bat , Arcemu-Logonserver.exe and Arcemu-World.exe

i want to make so that i press a button or 3 buttons and all those things are open

pls help someone + rep if help

I ALREADY NO SOME c++ programming, ITS NOT THE MATTER OF LEARNING!!!!!
ITS THE MATTER OF HOW TO CREATE ONE.....HOW not what do i have to learn to make one....i wanna know HOW to create one....were do i start?

I'm guessing that you don't realise that flaming and bad grammar/punctuation won't get you anywhere? your last post got removed due to it being immature and aggresive.
