Yes, done in c++ you can do this in the level cpp's in your core. If you don't have knowledge in C++ just don't try it. And yeah WTF -4 rep?!?!

Ontopic: It has to be done by core edits, as descending said but I believe u also have to do stuff in on of the chat.cpp files

Offtopic: He got -5 for asking for rep in a thread he made.

The chat.cpp is for if you want to change the commands names like from .npc spawn to something like .npc spwn or w/e :P

To add custom commands requires a good knowledge of C++ and someone who knows the core's functions pretty well, i suggest you get someone to do them for you

I would but i have no time, if you post what you want i could maybe take a look at coding one or two of them
