If some one could explain to me the error and how to fix it, that would be extremely helpful.
Here's a screen shot.

It says right in it Bind unsuccessful on port 3724 and 8093 so someting it blocking it from that.. make sure nothing else is using it.
Any idea on how I'm supposed to check that?
Well close all the other programs you have open such as Skype and other things.. for some reason i cant remember atm to see which programs use which ports on your computer forgive me its been a long day
i think either a program is blocking it or you didnt enable your ports.
Hmm, restarted the computer that I run it on, but that did nothing, and both of those ports are opened.
thats weird...
I found a program telling me what prosesses are using which port, and bolth ports are not being used...
I must opening ports the wrong way
Here's my setup. I'm using a belkin router, not quite sure what model though.

When you go to Start ... run... type in CMD.. then in the prompt that appears type in IPCONFIG... As your internalIP you should see some IP address.. thats what you put in the router where it says Private IP address
Still, the same error.
my cousin has a belkin router and yeah thats the port thing but im not sure whats the problem...
I ran the program on another computer and, those ports where not in use... I'm totally stuck here.
The Blizzard Downloader is running on port 3724. Check your computers processor list.
