How do i make sumfink on scriptdev and put it in my database

ok i need a teleporter npc that can use .save on player that wants it and .maxskill. and sum various teleports. how would i do this in scriptdev2, well infact i dont no where to start lol. Do i use navicat to do it? and just exexcute it in ? idk plz help..

You'll have to do that in c++ or you could probably download a teleporter from their site and then compile(You need to compile the core if you don't already do that)
