    Host file wont save

    "cannot create the C:WindowsSystem32/Drivers/Etc/hosts file make sure the path and file name is correct"


    anyone know what this means?!?!?! please help me +REP if you help

    I had this same problem to. Move your hosts file from your 'ect' file to your Desktop then edit it, save it, then move it back.

    it was probably cause the file was saved as read only so you couldnt edit it..
