Phishing - free web hosting that wont sue?

Hi, I need a free web hoster from a country outside the US and one that keeps all ur information (IP, address,) confidential even when u are caught for phishing.
I have found found a few so far but most of them have Ads which makes the login page look fake if there is a banner at the top of the screen that wasnt there before, so hopefully can u tell me one that doesnt have any ads?
