A Few Problems I cant address

My first and main problem is an account registration page. I've followed the guides and I'm still stuck like chuck. This is an important role because with out this my server is pointless. Secondly I'd love to get my server off Hamachi and I found an awesome guide and once again I'm stuck like chuck. When access my router to forward some of the ports I get an error saying Port conflicts with other services, this is when I try the server without hamachi. some dude has offered his services for $25 and it includes everything, account reg you name it. My only down fall is I want to know how it's done and not have someone else do it for me. I've been at this for over 5 days now and gotten no where. If anyone can provide info as to how i need to approach this and get everything done I'd be the happiest person around and will give GM accounts to the server. If you suggest I start all over I'm down, as long as it's all promising with a positive out come

Hey thanks for the help and this is why I didn't want to make the post. I managed to get this done.
