Problem! I cant start "logon" or "realm"

Hello

Please help me.

I cant start acent logonserver or realmsever it say : IT cant start for the side by side configs are wrong.

I use chrispee repcak sunwell. But his other repack did work for me but i have change to Windows vista now so please if some1 know how to fix it

Vista shouldn't be a problem?
But check if ur running it in administrator mode

I only changed the password from mangos to the password i use for mysql/ navicat and added the retrieved maps en dbc (retrieve those urself from your wow version) and place them in your server folder. Then added those 3 databases mangos, realmd and characters. Then start and it works. whoohooo

But i now have installed that Wotlk thing with the WotLK Server v1.4 from Mike Crowe.

You never need to start realmserver.exe EVER

I get the same problem.. Just with Ascent, and Logonserver. sais this:"This Aplication has failed to start becuase of its side-by-side configuration is incorrect Please see the event log for more details. Help?

Dunno m8 Ascent is almost same like mangos... only in the config files u need to change ur password, remove those "die" messages en make sure that u have the same "Remote password" in both config files. And i always set the revision between 0000 and 9999 so u won't have to bother about that.

OP, You need:
.NET Framework
The DLLs provided with the SVN
The DLLs for windows, if applicable.
