Logon Server - Auto-Reload

I recently started running a server and have an account sign-up page up and running.

Everything is working great except...

When a new account is created, it cannot be used until the logon server is restarted, or I type "reload" into the logon server console (it reloads the accounts on the server).

Is there a way I can automate this so a newly created account is ready to use without my intervention?
