How to get all chars to start with a wep and t4

You will have to edit the "playercreateinfo_items" Table.

Open navicat and find table Playercreateinfo_items

Now look for the columns that distinguish which class the char is..

Look up the item id's for the T4 gear and the weapon you want
Find say 1 which is warrior and enter the ID's for the t4 warrior gear and weapon wherever it says 1 for the class.
