MaNGOS - Making a teleport via inst portal

Is this actually possible? Can I make an inst portal (I found some useless but spawnable ones in the Db) and have it go somewhere I want it to? Such as making a portal Hub so that people can port in, pick a portal and just walk on through. I know you can make ones like the Shatt portals or mage portals, but I was just wondering if it would be possible to add in the degree of uniqueness ^^

Cheers for any help you can give, and cheers anyway if it's impossible ^^
