Change classes on accounts (No BE/draeni)

Like the title says ho do i cancel blood elf and draenis on acc's

I think the only way to do this, is by making the account pre tbc.
Not 100% sure though.

Start up Navicat or what what program you use for the Database.
Create an account as normal in Navicat, BUT leave "flags" to 0.
Then you've created an Pre-BC account with locked TBC characters.
