Remote Access Program?

I found my host here at mmowned, I am looking for a good program that lets me access the server config files, also that will let me restart the server if it crashes and doesn't restart!

Remote desktop connection should work just fine.

To use Remote Deskop Connection the host sends the file to me and i click accept or whatever but can't the connection only be open once and the invitation only lasts a certain time?

I'm assuming you're running on a windows machine for your server. When I use RDC I simply start it up, type in the address of the windows server I want to administer, and hit connect. It then asks for a username/password and away I go.

I'm using Teamviewer, it's also a good program.
