How do I remove Race Info Text Box on Character Creation Screen?

I've modified humans to not have Every Man for Himself, Sword Expertise, Mace Expertise, and Perception. How do I update the race info text box during character creation, OR how do I delete the text box entirely? I've scoured the heidisql database files and every mpq file. This "-Stealth detection increased" ect doesnt seem to be digitally located anywhere on my machine. Id like it so that it reflects the updates I've made to races so that new players wont think humans get a whole bunch of good racial abilities as they wont when they play on my server.

It's in the client interface Lua & XML code.

What patch version are you using?

Generally this is:

Interface\GlueXML\ for pre-login
Interface\FrameXML\ for post-login
