[Release]Area Table Editor (Make your Mall a sanctuary or Stormwind a PVP Zone)

    Area Table Editor
This program is for editing the AreaTable.dbc file. It's mainly for editing the serverside files but editing the clientside files is also posible. This program can make your mall a Sanctuary or forbid flying mounts in your Outland/Northrend Event Zone. Why don't you take a look at the screenshot below

I made this youtube video showing how to use it
    [YT]lCqCZPwZ25c[/YT]
    How To Use It
    1. If it's your first time using the program a box will popup asking you select AreaTable.dbc, you can find it in the dbc folder at the location of your emulator
    2. Type the name of the zone you wish to edit in the search box and hit enter
    3. Select the zone from the result box below the search box
    4. Check the items that you wish to apply to your zone
    5. Then press save

Nice job crediting the creators of the DLLs you're using. Oh, wait.

Fairly positive i've seen them before, please credit the authors unless i'm mistaken.

@The-Eradicator DBCLib.dll was created by me, to read and write DBC files. I had a look at the sorcecode for reading the DBC and therefore and Included DataManager by mistake. PM me if you want to have a look at the source, or just help you self. MPQTool is also there by misstake, this program does not write to mpqs

EDIT: I would like to credit BoogieMan for blizzChunkHeaders

Sorry about that. I actually use .NET 4.0 Functionality once (yes, only once), so I can't remove that requirement
