An up to date ArcEmu database editor.
Compatible with: ArcEmu r2691

Kelwing. It is based on the Flexible DB
Editor, which was originally created by FleX.

Fixed reader open error when you try to edit a vendor.

Yeah well, my thread is more aesthetically pleasing. And, I provide Rapidshare mirrors for each revision, rather than downloading off your website (which makes you wait a long time before you download)
