Looking for DataBase editor/scripter

Hi im currently looking for a database editor and a scripter to help with a 2.1.3 private server we have everything set up except for a webpage (we have a forum site and a acc sign up page) and a nice computer thats powering the server we just need some help working on the database , we are using the 1482 core and ncdb and we are online without hamachi , you can get me on xfire just add codered99 and we cant talk about it
