teleport list Does not work

Open list.xml and replace ',' with '.'

P.S. When I export list.xml or I click "teleport" the same error jumps out

System.IO.FileNotFoundException : File not found
The program seek file ./Teleport List/list.xml by default
Just click "don't" and continue to use.

I think the russian character crash the program
