    Tutorial Make v1.0.0

Here is a program i made

its kinda like Microsoft front page except its not really a WYSIWIG,
how you use it is you type in your BBCode in the text tab and then
you are able to view it in the web tab, i know its not much it should
probably be called like v0.2.0 but i want to see others opinions before
i actually continue on this project so please leave feedback
    positive and negative

    ----------Known Problems-------------
    --Not very many options
--Not very many bbcode functions, note you can only use the code functions
that have been placed on the menu bar
--anything that has a [ and ] on the outside of them is attempted to be read and fails to load the page correctly causing error in the program

Theres probably more that i havn't noticed yet
    --------------------------------------

    -------------Credits-----------------
Myself for writing the program and code parser.net
for the BBCode Parser, i plan on writing my own parser
soon depending on if i continue with this project
