No one ever said it unbanned your accounts, this is a method to prevent IP bans from servers. It works best in situations like instant 80, full gear PvP servers in which you can re-roll in minutes.

i dont see the point of this tool.
if you get banned, accept it, your actions your fault.
this might not be the case on retail, but on private servers the owner and the admins are in charge,
and if players keep abusing, they are banned. stupid and useless tool for lifeless hackers.

i'm from argentina, i been playing a server named "Los Caballeros Vengadores" and i get banned, i renew my ip and i could make a new account, but i would like to recover de old one, how can i hack in the DB to change my account status? or copy my old character and put in a new account, i know that it can be done, i have a friend from mexico and she does it all the time, change his level, add admin skills to his characters, become admin herself, add items, a lot o fun stuff, but now she's gone and i need someone to teach me how i can do that, in matter of facs i get banned because i get caught using one of the skills that she gave me(damage10: a skill that hit 1000000 with a range of 100 metters and has no cooldown, even has no general cool down hehe, it was so funny to use it, tab clic tab clic tab clic and you rushed and entire instance in a matter of seconds!). Sorry about my crappy english, any help that you can give me i would thank you very much

Can't be done. The only way that could have been accomplished was if she had database access (i.e. password). You can't just "hack" a database.

Wrong. Its a private server buddy. I no longer have any interest in WoW, but the point I was making on this topic is, if you don't want hackers, play retail! Hackers so to speak, are doing no different than these server owners are to World of Warcraft. Its all a circle of abuse.

I did the hotspot shield thing and it does change my IP.

Although I can't connect to WoW. It's just stuck at the connecting screen. :/

Then says login server down. Even though my friends are online on that priv server.

Hotspotshield works great, but I get extreme latency (upward of 2k-50k ms). Any idea of another solution that won't give me the latency side effects? :[ I have a static IP.

Well I really enjoyed playing on feenix, then once I said "shithead" to someone who was trolling me hard and really pissed me off, then I got perma ip ban just for that. Made an appeal and I got it clear but it took 1 week, and not everyone can write a good appeal. That is really shitty work to perma ip ban someone from saying 1 word, f u private realm gm's, but ty for keeping up the realms!

They should own the people that play on the private server. It's a privilege for a player to play on the server. That privilege should be taken away freely if need be.

To be honest it's Blizzard's game, so the server owners are making money off a game someone else developed. See where this is going?

The server owners go against Blizzard's ToS, and they can be happy they aren't taken to court.
