where do i place the files lol..?

It's the same as any other WoW addon.

Open my computer, navigate to your World of Warcraft folder (usually C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft), open the Interface folder, open the Addons folder, and extract SwiftDiscipline.zip info that folder (the full path would be C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons).
Then CLOSE WoW completely and reopen it.

What exactly isn't working? Are you receiving an error? Is the addon showing up in the addons list? Are you installing it properly? Do you need help installing it? Do you need help using it? Are some commands broken? What revision of ArcEmu is your server running? What operating system is your computer running?

I need a more information, I'd be happy to help you if I knew what was wrong.
