How to make your register time shorter ( Easyest guide )

Hello tired of makeing your friend like waiting 10 mins ? Well read and i will show u how !
-First go to your repack or server file
-2end look for the file called logonserver
-3rd look for
# Account Refresh Time
#
# This controls on which time interval accounts gets
# refreshed. (In seconds)
# Default = 600
#

<Rates AccountRefresh = "600">
-4th which is closer to the bottom and change the which has the "600"
and put 60 for just 1 min
600 means 600s and 60 means 60s ( 1 min )
