I'm having the same problem. I have AC installed in C:\AC Ultimate Web Repack. Still no workies. I annihilated MySQL from my computer and REINSTALLED AC Web Ultimate Repack and I keep getting the exact same message. I even tried it on another computer and got the same thing. I also tried switching the errmsg.sys file - replacing it with the German, the French, and finally, the Czech one. None of those work either. What's the deal?

the actual part of the guide, teaching you what to do, Is someone else I used it to start my private server nice try. U shud be banned, you took his first part and tried to change it to make it look as if it was yours.. Your cheap

OK IM GONNA TYPE IN CAPS, SRY BUT I WANT EVERYONE READ IT.I GOT A HUGS ERROR AND I CAN'T FIND THE ANSWER NOW FOR LIKE MORE THEN A MONTH.WHEN I GO TO MY CONTROL PANEL AND CLICK ON MYSQL I GET: Can't find messagefile '\AC Web Ultimate Repack\mysql\share\english\errmsg.sys' .So if anyone knows how to undo this problem PLZ contact me.
