Hey, iv got my server working and all now, but i cant teleport to designers isle or programmer island, i just get an error when i do and it crashes my wow out, but the server stays up, any help?

Hey, i just made a custom weapon on WoW Vendetta - Wage Your War, but when i try to execute the code it gives me, i just get the error
Error Code : 1146
Table 'realmd.item_template' doesn't exist

Boomkin, your SQL code shouldn't be executed on your realmd database, instead, execute it on your 'mangos.item_template" as the mangos database is where set "item_template" is residing.

Infact, I've tried uploading it on fileshare, rapidshare and filebeam but my pack is 63.07MB and the max limit for a file on these webbys are only 50MB, hence, I had to turn to mediafire, which also happens to be the best file-sharing webby I've experienced so far.

Hey Boomkin, I can see that you're an adventurous guy that really likes to try places out and do scripting. Infact, I personally haven't been onto designer's isle but HAVE been on Programmers Island. I didn't crash. Please try re-extracting your map files again and restarting your server with the 2 Vmap options in your mangosd.conf off.

vmap.enableLOS = 0
vmap.enableHeight = 0

Get back to me if it still doesn't work.

Hey, glad you could get your weapons working. Btw, nope, as fas as I know, mangos hasn't switched to support 2.4.0 yet, when it does, I will definitely release an updated pack. Unfortunately, in the meantime, peeps with 2.4.0 will not be able to join your server unless they downgrade to 2.3.3. It often takes some time for the mangos team to recode to switch to support a huge patch; hence the delay.

And oh yeah, from what I can see, it seems your problem with loading programmer isle is not with the server but with your WoW installation as you can see that it originates from within your WoW folder instead of your server. Try reinstalling your WoW again or if you find it too much of a bother, you can always NOT go there to prevent this error. Rgds.

about my wow installation, is there anyway someone would be able to send me the file "World\Maps\development\development.wdt." and then i manually put it into whatever file it belongs too? or would that not work ? But when i want to login as Admin it stucked at Handsaking? Whys that?
I can login as player and play. but not as the admin?
ive been in to the DB and change the name and password both to admin.
Can you tell whats wrong?

Actually nobody would own that file as it is read from your maps folder by the Mangos server. If you really HAVE to get on gm island, I would suggest you do a reinstallation of WoW, and then extract a fresh set of maps from it and replace in your server(Forrest's All-in-one Pack)(default).

Hicara, its not advisable to use the four default accounts so I would suggest you delete them coz' the moment anyone guesses your password, they can log in as Administrator and wreck havock in your server. Do the following in your server window:

delete administrator

delete moderator

delete gamemaster

delete player

Then, to cre8 ur very own Admin account, do the following commands in your server window:

create <your account name> <your account password>

setbc <your account name> 1

setgm <your account name> 3

Then login with your newly created account, that should solve your "handshaking" problem.

The first error isnt the problem i think because the file is there, so it should be the second error. Can u plz help me?
