I followed your guide exactly but when i click on Logon.exe, i get an error message stating:

The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Seriusly man i just love these Norwegian Funserver's !!! because im a norwegian myself! i've been working on a private server project that i call "The D.O.W Project" and i coud use a guy that knows alot about in-game ticket reading and stuff... and a Scripter guy aswell , doesnt even matter if its a girl or/and a guy ... i don't realy care ... just that i need a good GM Staff ... and if anyone happens to know , is there any other ranks than the AZ in Ascent??

Hi again,

I seem to have sorted out that problem but now have hit another one regarding the column count on the Creature Table not being correct.

Also, when i attempt to log on i don't see a realm for me to coneect to.

Please help

Okay, I solved the realm config error on my own
But

When i open ascent.exe and logonserver.exe,

Ascent.exe says:
Connecting to logonserver on '127.0.0.1:8093...
Authenticating...
Authentication failed

Logonserver.exe says :
Authentication request from 127.0.0.1, result FAIL.
Key: 9AA3B630A77DDD4D7FAFBC48216AA3EB7A56FDFA

Both Logonserver.exe and Ascent.exe keeps repeating this... any idea why?

Whoa.. I First had the exact same problem as you, and solved that..
But now again I have the Exact same problem as you again!!

But, I request some simple advice. I followed your awesome guide step by step, down to the last detail. I copied and pasted (through highlight and right click and whatnot) and I keep getting the error message:

Unterminated Block
E config: Realms.conf

sorry for being so long offline for a while had some things on my mind that i needed to clear first.

Oke as soon as i get my server working again i will upload my files on the internet so you guys only need to replace the files.

I think you can't but you can always try to change these numbers in your logonserver.conf file:
<Client MinBuild = "6739"
MaxBuild = "9999">

and change the minbuild to a lower one...

I tried putting the original configs in like someone suggested for someone else, but Im still getting the same issue :/

You will most probably solve this by reinstalling Navicat/MySql or redownloading your Repack and start from the begin.
